Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) assist individuals with simple to complex medical care needs through hands-on, client-directed skilled nursing care. Our nurses will observe and assess each of our client’s condition and care requirements to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan that focuses on their welfare. Then, they work with the client’s family members and other healthcare professionals to carry out a physician’s plan of care. Their response to the plan of care will be closely monitored to create modifications or adjustments, depending on their current health condition.
Our skilled nurses also teach families about basic healthcare tasks including medication management, home safety, and other matters to encourage independence and promote better health of their ailing loved ones.
